Since 1982, Dr. James Nicholson has been providing his patients with exceptional comprehensive orthodontic care. Highly educated, he attended DePauw University before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1976. He then served with the U.S. Navy Dental Corps in Italy. After his tour of duty, Dr. Nicholson earned his Master of Science in Orthodontics from Northwestern University in 1982.
Dr. Nicholson feels it is important to stay on the cutting edge of orthodontics. Thus, he maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations to keep up to date on the latest techniques and technology. He is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Indiana Dental Society, Implant Restorative Study Club, is a charter member of the Hoosier Orthodontic Forum Study Club, and is the founder of the Brick Street Study Club.
In his free time, Dr. Nicholson and his wife Margy enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, skiing, and kayaking. Given the opportunity, they also love spending quality time with their family.
